An Ode to the Phase Zero Design Brand.
I developed and executed a multi-month social media campaign to honor Phase Zero Design’s brand ahead of its merger with Colliers Engineering & Design. The campaign spotlighted key people and projects across six market sectors, celebrating our past accomplishments while setting the stage for the future.
Organically, it generated over 8,000 LinkedIn impressions and brought in 400 new followers. On Instagram, the content earned 12,539 views and reached 2,696 accounts—nearly half of which were non-followers. Profile activity also saw a 39.4% increase.
I created a mix of video and image posts, all of which I filmed, edited, captioned, and posted daily for two months. The campaign ended with our 15 year anniversary flipbook for followers and clients to view. Linked below are some of my favorite pieces of content, and continue scrolling to view additional merger awareness content!

Additional Rebrand Awareness, and an Introduction to Colliers Engineering & Design.
As part of our transition into Colliers Engineering & Design, I created a series of rebrand awareness posts to introduce the new name, capabilities, and national reach to our existing followers.
These posts served as a bridge between the legacy Phase Zero Design brand and our future as part of CED—providing clear context around the merger, what it means for our clients, and the expanded services now available through Colliers’ multidisciplinary platform. I focused on messaging that emphasized continuity in leadership and expertise, while highlighting new opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Each post encouraged our audience to follow CED for continued project updates, team features, and design insights, helping maintain momentum and engagement through the brand transition!
